The Calgary Sun has named Tricia Helfer as “Local Entertainer of the Year” for her role in the independent feature film Walk All Over Me which The Calgary Sun named “Best Local Movie of the Year”.

It was a great year for Calgary entertainers in general, but the Calgary Sun is giving a shining star to Tricia Helfer.

The Alberta-bred actress is named our local entertainer of the year for her edgy portrayal of a dominatrix in the movie Walk All Over Me, directed and co-written by fellow-Albertan Robert Cuffley.
