Fur Ball at the Skirball 2010

September 13th, 2010 | T-Blog | 0 Comments

Saturday night, September 11th, 2010, Tricia was once again in attendance at the annual Fur Ball at the Skirball — a charity event hosted by Jenna Fischer and put on by and for the Los Angeles Kitten Rescue (a non-profit organization that helps find homes for cats and dogs in the greater Los Angeles area).
As you all know, if you’ve been checking out the site for the past couple of weeks, Tricia auctioned off seats at her Angel Table for fans and/or charitable individuals to sit with her and support a great cause.
In addition to the fans, friends and guests at the table Katee Sackhoff and Mark Derwin (24, The Secret Life of the American Teenager) were in attendance as well. Katee joined Tricia on stage for a live auction at the event where the two Battlestar alumni offered up the prize of them leaving a voicemail on someone’s phone as Number Six and Starbuck from BSG.

Here’s the video of that (shot by Justin Berger / HKL Films)

The event was a huge success as it is every year and a huge amount of recognition goes out to Jenna Fischer and Ben Lehrer who work very hard, along with all of the volunteers, to make a major difference and an impact in the rescue of local animals.
Please visit their official website and if you can make a donation, know that all of the money goes directly to help the animals as everyone involved is helping out voluntarily.

Enjoy these photos from the event!
